The whole room cracks up. @mohaudaniels posted the 12 second clip on 26 October and it has about 136,000 views, 14,700 likes and more than 3,100 shares.
Ramaphosa is wearing an ANC shirt and there are news microphones in front of the pair, so it looks like a campaign visit ahead of the 4 November local government elections. Where and when it was filmed is not stated in the post, and we could not confirm it. Ramaphosa turns 74 next month.
