TikToker @mahleeez posted a clip on 4 November of Joburg twins being handed framed property documents at an outdoor 21st birthday party. The on-screen caption says their parents bought them houses. The video has about 646,000 views and about 164,000 likes.

In the clip, family members present a framed document while someone says daddy chose to buy a property as a key to your life. Briefly covered the video on 6 November. Whether both gifts are fully registered title deeds beyond what appears on camera is unconfirmed.
